1. General
We dispatch orders placed on BODY KITS INDIA to customers across India (and/or international destinations if applicable). Below is all you need to know about how shipping works.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [ 8-14] business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You will be notified once your Order is shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use recognised courier services, and delivery time depends on the destination:

Metro cities: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Non-metro/rural areas: up to 7–10 business days after dispatch.

International shipping (if available): time will vary depending on destination and customs.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. Some orders may qualify for free shipping (per promotional policy).
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your Order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number (if available).
You can track the delivery on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:

Carrier delays, strikes, customs inspections, extreme weather;

Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you;

Force-majeure events (natural disasters, war, government action).

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive Products that are damaged in transit or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Return to Sender / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, unclaimed by recipient or refusal at delivery, any re-shipment costs will be your responsibility.
