
Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to Products purchased from BODY KITS INDIA via the Website. It does not cover custom-made or specially ordered items unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must:

3. Non-returnable Items
Items that are customised, cut to size, specially ordered, or explicitly stated as non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.

4. How to Return

Contact us at info@bodykitsindia.com with your Order number, name, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions.

You must ship the item back to us at your cost unless we agree otherwise.

The item must reach us within [e.g., 14 days] of receiving our Return Authorisation.

5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item shows signs of use, damage (not the fault of the Product), alteration, missing parts or packaging.

6. Refunds

If the return is approved, we will process a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping & handling) within [e.g., 7–14 business days].

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used at purchase.

If you paid using cash on delivery, refund will be issued by bank transfer or store credit as agreed.

7. Replacements
If you wish to replace a defective or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement once the returned item is received and approved. We will cover shipping costs for the return and re-shipment if the error is our fault.

8. Exchanges
Exchanges (for size, colour or model) may be permitted depending on availability. Please contact us to arrange. You may be responsible for shipping costs for the exchange unless otherwise agreed.

9. Cancellations
You may cancel your Order before dispatch. If cancellation is accepted after dispatch, you will need to follow the Returns process above and may be responsible for shipping costs.

10. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
